2. Free Educational License & Permitted Uses

Worksheet Mill grants you a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to generate, display, download, print, photocopy, and distribute generated worksheets and answer keys for non-commercial educational purposes, specifically including:

• Classroom Instruction: Public, private, charter, and parochial school teachers may print and distribute unlimited physical copies to their enrolled students.
• Tutoring & Learning Centers: Independent tutors, learning pods, and remedial education centers may use printed sheets during instructional sessions without licensing fees.
• Homeschool & Family Study: Parents and legal guardians may print sheets for personal home study and homeschool curricula.

3. Prohibited Commercial Uses

While the outputs are free for educational distribution, the underlying software and content are protected by copyright. You may not:

• Resell, package, or monetize printed or digital worksheets as standalone commercial products, printed workbooks, digital downloads (such as on Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, or Amazon KDP), or paid subscription services.
• Systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract worksheet problems or algorithmic source code using automated bots, spiders, or programmatic scrapers.
• Frame or embed the generator tools inside third-party commercial applications or web frames without prior written authorization.
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, site branding, or worksheet seed codes from generated outputs.

4. Accuracy Limitation & Disclaimers

All math problem statements, layouts, diagrams, and answer keys are calculated algorithmically in client-side code using automated pseudo-random engines. While our software undergoes rigorous unit testing with tens of thousands of test seeds, all worksheets and materials are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Worksheet Mill makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding mathematical infallibility or fitness for a particular state standardized test. Educators and parents are encouraged to review generated problem sets and answer keys prior to classroom administration. 5. Intellectual Property

The website design, typography, layout templates, custom SVG diagrams, educational guides, and procedural source code are the intellectual property of Worksheet Mill. Individual mathematical facts and standard arithmetic equations (e.g., $6 \times 7 = 42$) exist in the public domain and are not subject to copyright.
